Marina is a qualified Tech Solutions Consultant specializing in ESG and Financial reporting, and passionate for ED&I.

 

With a flair for interpreting large data sets to ascertain deep insights that support meaningful action, she has collaborated with SLS360 on numerous survey projects, leveraging her knowledge and experience to design bespoke ED&I surveys that ask sensitive questions and provide comprehensive answers to help organizations drive change.

 

As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and part of an interracial marriage, Marina brings a personal commitment to promoting ED&I. Prior to joining Tech, Marina has extensive experience in Banking and Consulting, where she gained valuable experience in financial planning and data analysis. These inform her approach to DE&I consulting.
