Founder and director of AMD Arts Consultancy Ltd, Aileen has worked in a variety of senior leadership roles in education across the UK and is well respected amongst her peers.

Recognising the positive impact that music education can have on people’s lives, she is passionate about breaking down barriers to inclusion and supporting music and arts organisations to achieve this.

 

Aileen is skilled in strategy, governance, management, policy development, supporting teams and public speaking. She is also a trustee with Nonclassical.
