What Is The I.D.E.A.L. Network?
The I.D.E.A.L. Network is designed to provide learning and growth opportunities for individuals and organisations seeking to expand their capabilities. It facilitates problem-solving and knowledge-sharing by tackling challenges collaboratively. Through the network, members can deepen their knowledge and skills in a variety of areas.
Additionally, it offers a platform for sharing valuable resources, fostering a culture of collective learning. The I.D.E.A.L. Network also creates opportunities for meaningful networking, helping participants build lasting connections within their fields.

Who Is This Network For?
This network is for leaders and practitioners engaged in inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (I.D.E.A.) work who are committed to driving change within their organisations. It is also designed for individuals seeking to implement inclusive practices and foster equitable environments.
Allies and advocates passionate about I.D.E.A. work will benefit from the knowledge and networking opportunities provided. Additionally, MEH inclusion leads can deepen their expertise and collaborate with others in the field to enhance their impact.

What Does The IDEAL Network Entail?
Monthly Network Meeting
​
Once a month, 90 min
networking meeting. Specific
topics or a chance for Q & A
not just a talking shop. May be
a chance to breakout if
needed

Monthly Insight Session
​
90 - 2 hours per month which
would entail expert talks,
workshops and interactive
training, panel discussions,
guest speakers, learning labs
or webinars

Termly Meet Up​
Once a term, a chance to
meet in person for half a day, either at a central location or regional (if numbers are big). Dates and venue agreed at the start. ​

Membership & Engagement
Monthly investment per person: £99 (exc VAT)
Annual Investment: £1000 (exc VAT) if paid upfront.
Commitment: Full 12 months or remaining term if joining later in the year. Renewable in August. May opt out with 30 days notice if paid monthly.
